A Comprehensive Guide To Round Table Pan Crusts
Round Table Pizza is known for its delicious and unique pan crust. This thick, buttery crust is a favorite among many pizza lovers. If you're looking to recreate the Round Table experience at home, here's a comprehensive guide to help you make the perfect pan crust pizza.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water (105-115°F)
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until the yeast is foamy.
2. Stir in the olive oil, salt, and 1 cup of flour. Mix until a dough forms.
